RETURN POLICY

Here at AVEA, customer satisfaction comes first! All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, however, in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace the item at your preference. Please contact us with your faulty or damaged item description within 14 days upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you! Thank you! 

Warranties
Finished products - one year CARRY IN warranties. PCBA (PCB Assembly board), Modules and electronic kits - one month CARRY IN warranties. All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser.

*** Repaired items can be shipped with your next order at no extra freight charge. Please mark the RMA# in your order if you want us to deliver the RMA product with your new order.

RMA Procedures

1. Download the RMA form
2. Fill in the RMA form. Email us a copy of the orginal invoice together with the RMA form.
3. RMA number will be issed upon receipt of completed requested form.
4. Please mark the RMA # on every SHIPPING LABEL. Otherwise, return will be refused and/or shipped back at your cost.
5. Please ship prepaid and return with a copy of the RMA form. All returns will be refused for any damage related to insecure packaging
